Aromatherapy
Plants that form their inflorescences so intensively rarely produce significant fruits or seeds. Their creativity is exhausted by the smell. - Marcel Lavabre
Aromatherapy is a natural therapeutic method that actively and purposefully uses the healing power of fragrant essential oils for comprehensive care of the body and soul.
Essential oils - highly concentrated effective plant extracts from pharmaceutically important plant sources - contain the best and most effective that the plant has. They are her essence and pharmacy.
Aromatherapy is truly a holistic treatment that takes into account the state of mind, body and spirit of the person seeking help, as well as their lifestyle, relationships and so on.
Inhalations, baths, poultices, creams can be used to treat problems, the most lasting effect is achieved if oils are applied to the skin through massage (in massage mixtures).
If we use aromatherapy with sufficient understanding, knowledge and care, this method can become a very effective alternative or supplement to allopathic, orthodox medicine. Essential oils treat comprehensively - not just specific symptoms.
My journey of discovering the wonders of aromatherapy began 24 years ago, after the birth of my daughter. Then she captivated me after a course of massages for children and babies with Jana Hašplová and never let go. The strength of personality of such a sunny, kind and loving being as Jana is gave aromatherapy even more depth and awakened a lifelong passion in me.
Smell and touch became my mission. After the tutoring courses, I started teaching children's massages, which led me to studying aromatherapy. The Institute of Aromatherapy opened the door to my understanding and deeper knowledge of how complex essential oils work and how wonderful a tool they are for natural healing.
In addition to full-body aromatherapy massages, I prepare synergistic massage mixtures tailored to the client's needs, create personal perfumes and organize aromatherapy courses, weekend seminars and experiential meetings with fragrances.
Bach Flower Therapy
Bach flower therapy is a type of homeopathy that uses "essences", i.e. infusions of the flowers of certain plants. According to Dr. According to Bach, most human diseases are caused by a negative state of the psyche, and the disease should be viewed as a final stage. Therefore, he identified 38 flower essences that have the ability to soothe these adverse conditions and thereby heal the client.
The gentle method of treatment spread rapidly throughout Europe from 1928. Today, Bach therapy is widely used by natural medicine therapists as an adjunct to the treatment of psychological problems.
Essences provide psychological well-being and thus contribute to self-healing.
Bach flower essences are a completely safe and natural method of treatment as they gently restore the lost balance between mind and body. At the same time, they remove negative emotions and induce feelings of calm. The body of a sick person thus gets the opportunity to start healing itself. Bach flower therapy is a great and gentle alternative for the treatment of any physical or psychological problems. It is made from wild herbs and treats everyone individually.
Bach flower therapy is also recommended for serious illnesses
Two patients with the same medical diagnosis may be treated with different essences, depending on their perception of the situation and their individual feelings. Bach flower therapy is popular nowadays, among other things, because it does not put the patient or the therapist in a difficult situation of searching for the causes of a given psychological state, it focuses on being present and solving current problems. Problems connected with the past are solved in parallel without the need to discuss the often painful past of the patient.
According to flower therapy organizations, the treatment is recommended for the following conditions and illnesses: anxiety/stress, depression, general mental stress, lack of self-confidence, emotional and physical trauma, cancer, HIV infection and AIDS.
I perceive Bach therapy as a very beneficial auxiliary treatment for any physical illness, mental breakdowns, shock, panic, life vicissitudes, difficulties in studying, problems in relationships with others and with myself. Its advantage is a gentle action without major reverse deterioration, children, adults and, last but not least, animals respond well to it.
I love working with Bach essences, the endless range of possible combinations to bring about the authentic balance of each unique being. The wonderful strengthening that occurs thanks to the harmony of the psyche and creates peace and relieves tension in a person is palpable. I have used this method in therapy for many years and I can say that I am still enthusiastic about it.
I know from the feedback of clients how much Bach essences have helped them to make big changes in their health, so I can only recommend working with this technique.
Health is our heritage, our basic right. It is a complete unity between soul, mind and body. And it is not an ideal that is difficult to achieve, but on the contrary, it is so simple and natural that many of us simply overlook it. - Dr. Edward Bach
Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a subject that makes me more angry than clairvoyance. I don't believe it, but I can't deny that homeopathic treatment saved my life . - Charles Darwin
Homeopathy is a holistic type of medicine that seeks to unify body and soul. It is based on the opinion that the causes of diseases are phenomena such as a loss of energy, caused by bad habits and stress, both physical and psychological. Illness is understood as the result of an imbalance between biological and personal causes.
The basic principles of homeopathic treatment are:
like cures like, i.e. "similia similibus curantur".
the smallest dose of the drug (infinite dilution) - the more diluted the substance, the more penetrating and deeper its effect - both on the client's psyche and body.
holistic approach – the drug is prescribed according to the sum of all psychological and physical characteristics of a specific individual. This is the so-called totality of symptoms.
Due to the aforementioned comprehensive approach to the client, the so-called individualization, the initial diagnostic interview in homeopathy can last up to two hours. Through detailed questioning, the homeopath tries to get a "picture of the medicine" that will correspond to the "picture of the client". Areas of interest to the homeopath include the so-called data:
mental, which best characterize the type of person (this includes, for example, loves and aversions, fears, social behavior, relationship with other people, sleep, dreams)
general describing general reactions and symptoms, concerning the whole person (this includes, for example, reaction to heat and cold, predominance of symptoms on one side of the body, risky seasons of the year or day, reaction to humidity, wind). Everything that relates to the patient as a whole.
One of the main principles he works with is the theory of chronic disease. Individual problems and diseases of a certain person separated in time and place (eg colds, sore throats, headaches, insomnia) are understood as manifestations (symptoms) of a certain internal pathological tendency of the individual. The only chronic diseases, unfolding from birth to death.
It is a so-called constitutional disease (a chronic, lifelong, deep-seated pathological tendency, manifesting itself in various diseases and ailments). If the chronic pathological tendency can be removed and eradicated, the patient recovers.
Constitutional homeopathy is homeopathy that does not look for a cure for a specific disease and ailment - for example, allergic rhinitis, repeated sore throats, but looks for the type of the patient's nature. A homeopath is always interested not only in a specific symptom (e.g. a sore throat), but also in accompanying feelings and symptoms. What improves and worsens the client's condition, what usually causes his problems. Which times of the day and year are risky for him, etc.
The patient tells his life story, on the basis of which the homeopath gets to the core of the disease and determines the correct constitutional medicine. The drug starts the healing process that the organism carries out on its own. The natural constitution of man and his own vitality will begin to be strengthened. This will support the self-healing processes of body and soul. The constitutional medicine is administered either once or repeatedly, depending on the type of problems the patient is dealing with.
Homeopathy entered my life when I was looking for a way to heal myself, at the age of 25. Together with phytotherapy, she was the most important helper in my successful treatment. After the birth of the children, she was a regular part of the harmonization of health in our family, and also thanks to her, my children's childhood passed without common medicines. The meaningfulness and power of homeopathy helped me deepen my studies at the Homeopathic Academy Mgr. Chehovsky. Today, I primarily use constitutional homeopathy as a supplement in my therapeutic work with clients. It can be perfectly combined with the use of herbs and Bach essences.
